Dear Mike and Terri: Jessica and I want to personally thank you for helping us with xxx Bluebuff Road and xxx Hurst Street. Our new home at Bluebuff just feels like home. A great neighborhood, fantastic front and back yard and big, and a heated garage!!!! Every morning I thank Terri for talking me into going to look at it.
xxx Hurst Street was our first home together and it was really a good place. The owner is great and we had a good home there.

April 2007 As new real estate investors just finishing up our first rehab in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, we were very skeptical about using a Property Management company to help us find tenants and take care of our investment, even though everything we read told us this is exactly what we should do. Our mentor told us that our job to find & rehab properties, not to find and deal with tenants - easier said than done. After a fair amount of research, we made an appointment with Mike in late February to look at our property and to get his thoughts on what he could do to help. His approach, style and honesty were a pleasant surprise and we immediately felt comfortable that Mike could really help us. We took a leap of faith and decided to let Mike and Del Val manage our first property. To say that we were surprised with the results he generated would be an understatement. Within the first two weeks, we had more showings and people interested in renting our house than we could have ever expected – and we didn’t have to manage a single piece of that process. Our new tenants moved in this past weekend and within 36 hours called to report a small leak around the bathtub.
